However, as many of our products are handcrafted from premium materials like Copper, Brass, Kansa, German Silver and Borosilicate glass or stone; so, a slight variation in color, pattern, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure payment methods as displayed on our website. Any additional charges such as taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship through reliable shipping partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and shipping method. ARIFFSON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not liable for incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos, videos and proof of damage while creating Returns & Refunds note. Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
We have a 48-hours return policy, which means you have 48-hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided you in the return-acceptance e-mail.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images, videos and order details. We will review the case and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution based on our assessment.

8. Custom & Wholesale Orders
Custom designs, bulk, and wholesale orders are made specifically as per client requirements and are non-cancellable once production begins. Any changes after order confirmation may incur additional charges.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bulk items, customized and personalized products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
